Social Responsibility Impact Report 2023/24

We have made remarkable strides in positively impacting the lives of 13 million patients and their support networks worldwide. This achievement is a testament to our commitment to using health economics and technology for the good of humanity.

We are not only focused on our external impact but also on fostering a culture of giving within our organisation. Our match funding for employee charity donations and offering paid volunteering leave empowers our team to support causes they are passionate about. This holistic approach ensures that our social responsibility efforts resonate both within and outside FIECON.

In our Social Responsibility report, you will find detailed accounts of our initiatives, milestones, and the substantial progress we have made towards our 2030 goals, including becoming B Corporation® certified and a certified Great Place To Work®. Join us on this journey as we continue to improve lives and build a better world.

Our Aspirations by 2030:

  • £10 million given back to wider societal causes
  • B Corporation® certified - Achieved
  • Great Place To Work® certified - Achieved
  • 100 million lives positively impacted by our work

We invite you to explore our achievements and future aspirations, and to join us in our mission to make a lasting, positive impact on the world.
